I really enjoyed these videos from Meg Edwards at GTDFocus showcasing how she stores actionable and non-actionable items in Omnifocus. In the past when I used Omnifocus, I took a pretty rigid stance on how my projects and tasks should be setup and made sure I kept ALL other information and possible someday/maybe actions out of there. Meg uses Omnifocus really as a basic list manager, keeping important lists, checklists, someday/maybes, a tickler file, and even future project plans inside of it. I liked how she only put next action tags on items that she was ready to do right now. It was very refreshing seeing it setup in this way and made me want to give it a try.
